The Halton Multicultural Council Annual Fundraising Gala & Third Annual Community Leadership Awards Dinner will honour Mr. Tiger Jeet Singh with presenting him with the 2013 Community Leadership Award for his humanitarian and philanthropic work through his namesake charity the Tiger Jeet Singh Foundation.
