The Halton Regional Police Service named local Milton Residents, wrestling living legends and humanitarians, Tiger Jeet Singh and Tiger Ali Singh, as honorary police officers at the annual Halton Heroes event on Friday, September 16, 2016. Chief Stephen Tanner presented the Tigers with their honorary police officer badges and officially welcomed them as police ambassadors with the Halton Regional Police Service.
The Halton Regional Police Service is proud to announce it is honoring Milton’s wrestling and philanthropic family, Tiger Jeet Singh and Tiger Ali Singh, as honourary police officers. The Tigers’ new police status is part of a local “Community First” campaign to enhance community safety and well-being across the Region of Halton.
Milton, ON – Over $200,000 was raised for charity and $15,000 donated to five local public schools in support of mental health, literacy and breakfast programs; this was the overwhelming success of the 7th Annual Miracle on Main.
Milton, ON – The Tiger Jeet Singh Foundation over the past two weeks leading up to their annual toy drive extravaganza have been very busy by including a unique element to their annual toy drive sensation, by introducing “Miracle on Main” school assemblies as their way of giving back to local elementary and high schools.
