The Tiger Jeet Singh Foundation, in partnership with Halton Regional Police Service and The Downtown Milton BIA is excitedly preparing for the 16th annual Miracle on Main Street. The live event is an engaging and inclusive holiday festival, and charity toy drive in support of our most vulnerable neighbours living in Milton and the Halton Region. Admission is FREE with an unwrapped new toy donation! There will be free amusement rides, live entertainment, local vendors, petting zoo, pony rides, tree lighting and photos with Santa! Special guest appearances by wrestling’s living legend Tiger Jeet Singh, former WWE superstar Tiger Ali Singh, Milton Mayor Gord Krantz, members of Town Council, Halton Police, Milton Fire Department, Halton EMS, Dignitaries and Celebrities.
The Tiger Jeet Singh Foundation and Halton Regional Police Service (formally Toys for Tots) are commencing the annual Miracle on Main Street toy drive. This is the seventh year of the merger between the two organizations to collect and distribute gift cards, toys, food and lifestyle products to our most vulnerable neighbours living throughout the Halton Region. The partnership has allowed to enhance the annual donation drives and to work collaboratively to assist more families than ever before. Last year a record $1,184,309.39 was raised in combined donations and sponsorships, which were distributed to our most vulnerable neighbours living across the Halton Region, Milton District Hospital, Halton Healthcare, public schools, food banks and over sixty charitable organizations.
One of the main attractions is former WWE superstar Tiger Ali Singh. Standing at 6’4” and weighing 285lbs would be enough to attract attention, but Tiger takes it to a new level. For the past 15 years he’s used his celebrity to promote inclusion and is invited to speak at school assemblies and attends the Miracle on Main event wearing a red Santa coat, red turban and his world championship belt over one shoulder. He promotes respect for those celebrating holidays religiously, as well as, for those celebrating it socially as a festive time of year. His motto, which has been adopted by TJSF, namesake for his father, wrestling legend Tiger Jeet Singh, “Sickness and poverty don’t discriminate; neither should the spirit of giving.”
We will be accepting on-line donations until December 20, 2024 as well as, toy donations (new unwrapped), gift cards at ‘drop off locations’ and the live event on December 7, 2024.
TJSF does not charge for any administrative fees, therefore 100% of the donations go back into supporting the community!
