Troy & Crystal Newton
Back in 2004, Troy Newton opened his first of two diners in Milton. Shortly thereafter, he partnered with his sister Crystal, to open the second, in 2007.
Their hands are involved in many local events and charities. In fact, the name “Troy’s” has almost become synonymous with giving back. Their humble, family-run operation has made participating in local charities the cornerstone of their business.
In late 2009, Troy approached the Tigers for their support and insight about starting up a toy drive. After careful consideration, the Tigers agreed to join forces, but expanded upon the idea to use the event to bring different cultures together in support of families and children of all religions during the holiday season.
Troy and Crystal’s strong relationship with the Tiger Jeet Singh Foundation has allowed them to be involved in many other causes that reach far outside of Halton Region. Troy, Crystal and the Tigers are relentless in their pursuit of giving back to the public, the same way the people have given so much to them.
