In Support of Miracle on Main Street
Milton, ON – Performing artist Jon Abrams proudly announced today that he will be donating proceeds from the sale of his debut CD, “Beautiful You Are”, to Miracle on Main Street. The Tiger Jeet Singh Foundation will present the fourth annual Miracle on Main Street, formally known as Troy’s Toy Drive on December 17th at Troy’s Diner in Milton and also on December 19th at McMaster Children’s Hospital in Hamilton.
Milton, ON – Preparations are underway to hold the first official launch for ‘Miracle on Main Street’ at Tiger Jeet Singh Public School on Friday, December 7, 2012. “I cannot think of a better environment to hold the ‘launch’ then in front of our approximate 1,100 students in a school assembly,” says Tiger Jeet Singh, Chairman of the Tiger Jeet Singh Foundation. “It’s a wonderful opportunity to educate our children on how they can directly impact the lives of the less fortunate during the holiday season.”
Halton Regional Police and Tiger Jeet Singh Foundation have announced a partnership in support of Toys for Tots & Miracle on Main Street.
The Halton Regional Police will be launching their annual Toys for Tots holiday fundraising drive on Friday, November 23 at 10 AM in front of Canadian Tire in Oakville; and also announce their new community partnership with the Tiger Jeet Singh Foundation. Both wrestling legend Tiger Jeet Singh and his son, former WWE superstar Tiger Ali Singh (Tiger Jr.) have been invited to attend and will say a few words about their Foundation’s new association with Halton Regional Police.
Tiger Jeet Singh Foundation Presents: Miracle on Main Street in support of McMaster Children’s Hospital, Halton Women’s Place, Salvation Army and Hospital for Sick Children.
The Tiger Jeet Singh Foundation is now making plans for their 4th annual “Miracle on Main Street” charity event formally known as “Troy’s Toy Drive”. The donations raised each year go towards the purchase of toys, food and life essentials for families experiencing poverty via The Salvation Army, Halton Women’s Shelter ; and children suffering from sickness at the Hospital for Sick Children and McMaster Children’s Hospital. To date the Foundation has raised over $200,000 worth of donations during their last three toy drive events, and hope to further exceed that amount this year.
Toronto is gearing up for the 6th Annual Albion Islington Square Fusion of Taste Festival, the season’s most exciting South Asian event.
This fun family festival will feature amazing traditions from South Asia, the West Indies and from around the world. The party is happening at Albion Road and Islington Avenue on July 21 from 12:00pm to 10:30pm.
