Wrestling legend Tiger Jeet Singh and Tiger Jeet Singh Jr. paid a visit to FirePower CrossFit earlier this week to watch and assist Milton students in their training. The students are preparing for Tigers High School Challenge, part of the 2011 Tiger Fest to be held on Saturday, June 4th as part of Milton’s Downtown Street Festival. Canadian recording artist Prita Chhabra helped usher in South Asian Heritage Month this May with the release of her debut music video “Roots” on May 1, following a Canadian premiere of the video on April 27 at Tiger Jeet Singh Public School in Milton (Ontario).
